This policy outlines the steps and conditions for returns and refunds to ensure a seamless experience.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return or exchange products purchased from https://jinyuefengchao.shop/ within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).
- Reason for Return: Returns are accepted for reasons such as dissatisfaction, incorrect sizing, or receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons, including:
- Personalized or custom-made clothing.
- Underwear or swimwear (unless unopened and in original packaging).
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Receive Return Instructions: We will respond within one business day with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions, including the return address.
- Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the provided address using a trackable courier service. Include the RAN in the package.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping expenses or provide a prepaid shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Upon approval of your return:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank account for Cash on Delivery orders). Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange (e.g., for a different size or color), follow the same return process and specify your exchange preference in your email. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit. We cover shipping costs for exchanges due to our error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the daily 17:00 (PST) cut-off time by contacting [email protected]. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
International Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. If you’re an international customer with a special arrangement, please contact us for return instructions. Additional customs or import fees may apply and are your responsibility.
