Free Shipping

All orders placed within the United Kingdom are eligible for free standard shipping. There are no additional delivery charges, ensuring you receive your order without hidden costs.

Shipping Details for the United Kingdom

We process and ship orders efficiently to meet the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders must be received by 17:00 (PST), Monday to Friday, to be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
  • Processing Time: 0–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Transit Time: 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday), depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
  • Total Delivery Time: Typically 5–10 business days from the order date, including processing and transit.
  • Courier Services: We partner with trusted carriers, including Yodel, DHL, and DPD, to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team verifies payment and prepares your items for shipment. You’ll receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours. After processing, your order is handed over to one of our shipping partners, and you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

Upon dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. Track your package directly on our website at Order Tracking or through the courier’s website (Yodel, DHL, or DPD). If you don’t receive the tracking email, check your spam or junk folder or contact us at [email protected].

Delivery Options

We offer standard shipping with the following features:

  • Signature Requirement: Some deliveries may require a signature upon receipt for security. If you’re unavailable, the courier will follow the procedures outlined below.
  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers typically attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the package may be left at a nearby collection point (e.g., a local post office or parcel shop).

Not at Home During Delivery

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will:

  • Attempt a second delivery on the next business day.
  • Leave a notification card with instructions to collect your package from a nearby collection point, where it will be held for a specified period (typically 7–14 days, depending on the courier).
  • Provide options to reschedule delivery or redirect the package, subject to the courier’s policies.

Missing or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is missing or lost, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 14 days of the dispatch date. Provide your order number and tracking details. We will:

  • Investigate with the courier to locate the package.
  • Offer a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost, as per our Return and Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at checkout.

Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please email [email protected] within 24 hours of placing your order or before the daily 17:00 (PST) cut-off time. Include your order number and the new address. Changes after dispatch may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist.

Refusing Delivery

If you refuse a delivery without prior approval, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The package will be returned to us, and we’ll issue a refund for the product price (excluding original and return shipping fees) once received, as outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. Customs and Duties

Since we currently ship only within the United Kingdom, no customs or import duties apply. For future international shipping, any applicable fees will be the customer’s responsibility and communicated at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, please ensure you have the exact amount in British Pounds (GBP) ready upon delivery, as couriers may not carry change. If you’re unavailable or unable to pay, the courier will follow the “Not at Home” procedure. Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in order cancellation, and you’ll be responsible for any return shipping costs.
